4.2 Public Consultations

The Commissioner’s responses to consultations are available in our resources section.

4.3 Governance Arrangements

The Commissioner is required to prepare a Governance Statement which sets out the basis on which the Older People’s Commissioner for Wales has been established; the way in which it is governed and managed; and how the Commissioner is accountable for what she does.

The governance framework includes two key sources of assurance:

• An Audit and Risk Assurance Committee
• An Internal Audit Provider

The Governance Statement is published within the Annual Accounts.
